At Mughal Art, we stand behind the quality of our metal craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take immense care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged:

Please report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Compensation Fee: For damaged items, a nominal restoration and setup fee will be deducted from the refund. This covers the professional labor and technical recalibration required to restore the metal piece to gallery standards.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa as agreed).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
