What is the return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange. Please note that for damaged items, a nominal compensation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs associated with the inspection, technical assessment, and professional setup of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and the damage must be reported within the 15-day window.
What material is used for the art pieces?
All our products are crafted from high-grade, premium Metal (st42) and steel les steel sheets. We use a professional laser-cutting process to ensure every detail of the calligraphy and design is sharp and precise.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I hang my metal wall art?
Most of our pieces come with pre-installed hanging brackets or "invisible" screws. These allow the art to sit about 1–2 cm away from the wall, creating a beautiful 3D shadow effect when lights are on.
